Project Initiation ensures that the project has a sponsor, identified scope, organizational commitment, and defined team. Site Coordinator Preparation includes project task planning, team training, and logistics arrangement. Task lengths and orderings may vary at the judgment of the lead on the project and the discrection of the organization implementing the E-Index. |
