3. The Interpretation Phase The Interpretation Phase of the E-Index project involves all aspects of data collection, consolidation, interpretation, and development of findings during on-site assessment activities. The purpose of this phase is to review the results from the data collection and to interpret the results in a participative manner. Community residents and champions along with related stakeholders will be the lead participants in the interpretation process. The Interpretation Phase began in September 2008 . Households survey results were analyzed and were reported in a booklet and feedback form. These results were delivered to Hanna and Area households and sent to Three Hills households with the community directory.
Every household had an opportunity to respond and provide direction. Responses were collected from Three Hills and Hanna during Summer 2009.
Other outcomes: Knowledge planning round two responses were collected during Summer 2009 and then analyzed and reported. Both Three Hills and Hanna chose not to conduct community focus groups. All of the completed efforts informed the products completed in the final (reporting) phase. |
