4. The Reporting Phase The Reporting phase of a E-Index project involves all aspects of completing the formal record of the project results and providing project information to the E-Index Project Repository. The purpose of this phase is to compile the overall results of the E-Index assessment. The project team will also assist the site coordinator to incorporate the E-Index results into community's current and future initiatives. The Reporting Phase officially began in September 2009, though several products were worked on before that time. Households survey results were combined with priorities from community feedback and local leaders (knowledge planners). Extended analyses of lenses (rural Hanna, Hanna Home-based businesses, Three Hills youth, Three Hills Home-based businesses) added to those reports.
