1. The Preparation Phase  The Preparation Phase of an E-Index project involves all aspects of planning the project and making preparations based on these plans. Project Initiation ensures that the project has a sponsor, identified scope, organizational commitment, and defined team. Site Coordinator Preparation includes project task planning, team training, and logistics arrangement. All project material and communications will be branded with a co-branded look and feel that combines your community’s image with the E-Index brand. Specific images, logos and community motto will all be professionally integrated with the E-Index brand to create a unique project look and feel.
