The Interpretation Phase  The Interpretation Phase of the E-Index project involves all aspects of data collection, consolidation, interpretation, and development of findings during on-site assessment activities. The purpose of this phase is to review the results from the data collection and to interpret the results in a participative manner. Community residents and champions along with related stakeholders will be the lead participants in the interpretation process.Core Products COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT TOOL
The E-Index project involves the whole community in reviewing the results and providing direction for future ICT investment. The Community Engagement Tool is provided to each household with preliminary results and a question form to help guide interpretation and goal setting.
KNOWLEDGE PLANNING ROADMAP
The Knowledge Planning Roadmap is the alignment of the common goals of the leadership and community with the assets identified by the E-Index. This Roadmap provides specific actionable items and recommendations that will help communities to meet their strategic goals through Information and Communication Technology. |
