The Reporting Phase The Reporting phase of a E-Index project involves all aspects of completing the formal record of the project results and providing project information to the E-Index Project Repository. The purpose of this phase is to compile the overall results of the E-Index assessment. The project team will also assist the site coordinator to incorporate the E-Index results into community's current and future initiatives.Core Products E-INDEX RESULTS: DIAGNOSTIC VISUAL AID The E-Index results are provided in several different formats for different populations in your community. Twenty-five Diagnostic Visual Aids will be provided to your elected officials and leaders in your community. The Diagnostic Visual Aids contains a combination of detailed and overview information that is tailored for decision makers. E-INDEX RESULTS: COMMUNITY BROCHURE The Community Brochure is another format for presenting the E-Index results. The final E-Index results include the community’s interpretation feedback and this final brochure will be sent out to all of the households to provide them with the final results and ICT priorities for your community. E-INDEX RESULTS: PROJECT SUMMARY The project summary is an executive summary that includes an overview of both the project implementation and the project results. These summaries are useful to include as appendices in reports, to provide to other stakeholders your community works with and as general information for businesses and organizations in your community. KNOWLEDGE PLANNING ROADMAP The Knowledge Planning Roadmap is the alignment of the common goals of the leadership and community with the assets identified by the E-Index.
