This project is a research assessment of Three Hills and Hanna that can help you and your community leaders figure out what ICTs exist and what type of training is needed. Information and Communication Technology is any technology that is used for information and communication. A common mistake is to assume that ICT means only computers and the Internet. In fact, ICT means any technology used for information and communication – like phones, radios, and televisions.
Technology can affect local education, jobs, environment, tourism, and culture. This project will produce information that can help you and your community leaders figure out what ICTs exist and what type of training is needed to help solve problems, affect change and take action. |
